About the event
The bantamweight title picture takes center stage in Shanghai as Umar Nurmagomedov faces Song Yadong in a five-round main event. Nurmagomedov enters as one of the division's top contenders, combining relentless grappling with an increasingly dangerous striking game as he looks to earn another shot at UFC gold. But he'll be fighting Song on home soil, where the Chinese star brings serious momentum, speed, and finishing ability into one of the biggest fights of his career. With both men pushing toward the top of a stacked 135-pound division, this main event could have major implications for who gets the next title opportunity.
